Reiki is a Japanese Technique for Relaxation that Leave You Feeling Refreshed and Renewed.
The workshop consists of two evenings.
One in which we explore the Lower Chakras: the Root, the Sacral, the Solar-Plexus and the bridge we call the Heart.
A second evening in which we continue the exploration at the Heart, going into greater detail and then move on to the Upper Chakras:
Throat, the Third Eye and the Crown.
You may take both sessions in one month or one each month. It is not necessary to take them in Lower/Upper order. These sessions are beneficial either way.

While this classroom course lasts only one day, and has only a set fee, students
are encouraged to work on various healing assignments as discussed with
Lorraine. These include; Self Healing, participation in Reiki Circles,
experience in Healing Others and assisting and teaching in workshops.
Reiki Levels I and II are a prerequisite, but may have been taken with any teacher.

Lorraine has developed a workshop that explores the principals and practice of Reiki Self-Healing in an environment that promotes self-discovery as well. One cannot begin to heal others until they have taken the responsibility to heal themselves. This clear, concise and hands-on class gives all participants the opportunity to discover the relaxation, healing and balance available through Reiki practice.Lorraine also encourages participants to discover their unique intuitive abilities
